- $100.00 Non-refundable admin fee on 1 bedrooms
- $200.00 Non-refundable admin fee on 2 bedrooms
- $300.00 Non-refundable admin fee on 3 bedrooms
- Requirements:
- Must make 3 times the monthly rent
- Proof of income for 1-2 months
- Good Credit
- No second chance leasing (must not have any broken leases, delinquent rent, unpaid balances or evictions within the last 5 years)
- Renter’s Insurance Required
- Rhino Security Deposit Insurance Required
